FRUTEX (TTCA) Citric Acid – A common food preservative that can be used to add flavour to your cooking. Although it can be found naturally in citrus fruit, it is manufactured in a concentrated powder that gives you a sour flavour.
It is a kitchen staple for many, used in sweets, preserves, crunchy snacks or beverages.
One g is soluble in about 0.5ml of water, in about 2ml of alcohol and in about 30ml of ether.
